MELODY, is a solid “racing-cruising” sailboat designed by André Mauric.

This model has enjoyed great success, due to its marine qualities due to a deep hull, heavy displacement and its generous sail area.

YANMAR -2QM20H inboard engine, 19 HP diesel (Number of hours unknown).

Last revision 08/2022 (drain, filters, sea water pump).

The engine underwent a complete reconditioning in 2019.

From the engine rebuild to date, it is announced by the owner 700h.

Replaced stainless steel propeller shaft, oil seal, PSS rotating joint.

Facilities:

2 cabins (fore/aft), spacious and pleasant saloon for a total of 6 beds.

The saloon seat foams were replaced in 2018 + protective covers 2020.

The front/rear cabin foams and covers redone in 2020.

The cabin linings were redone in 2018 using cork sheets.

Kitchen:

1 microwave, 1 2-burner gas stove + DOMETIC oven (12/2019)

1 DOMETIC 80l fridge/freezer, 2-bowl sink, sea water foot pump (2022) + fresh water foot pump (2022), multiple sockets.

Water tank: 150l +100l + 50l or 300l in total.

Powder room:

Manual toilet (change of WC pipes 08/2022), 50l black water tank with macerator for emptying at sea, tank level indicator, 2 valves allowing selection to the tank or to the sea installed in 2022.

Hull/valve fittings and pipes and clamps replaced in 2017.

Sails & Hardware:

1 recent Genoa (01/2021) +1 Genoa in good condition, recut and checked in 12/2020.

1 Full batten main sail with 3 reefing strips, with ball slat carriage (2017), free edge checked in 12/2020.

Releasable prop, pole, storm jib NEW.

Mooring awning, navigation awning with frame, lazy bag, navigation hood, halyards, sheets, etc.

Electricity:

300w solar panel with VICTRON energy 30A MPPT regulator (2018), 300w pure sine inverter for 220v (2018), VICTRON energy 3x20A shore charger (2018).

The electrical wires for the navigation lights have been replaced and the bulbs switched to LED, LED interior lighting (2018).

1 90AH motor battery (2022) ++1 x 90A utility, differential circuit breaker + 4 16A sockets (2018), VICTRON MPPT charge controller, VICTRON BLUE SMART battery charger

Gangway, stainless steel bathing ladder fixed on the rear deck (08/2023).
